All merchandise will be shipped as soon as payment is received unless it is back ordered from the supplier.

1. If it is back ordered, you will be notified as soon as we are aware of that and your payment will not be deposited until the item is in stock. We will make every effort to satisfy our customers and to give you accurate information about when your order will be received.
2. Unless otherwise noted, you may expect delivery within 30 days.
3. We will email you when shipping occurs.
4. If there is a delay in delivery you will be notified.
5. Delivery will be by the most economical method unless another method is requested.

Payment by check must be received promptly.

Returns:

If an item is damaged in shipping or is seriously flawed, please notify us within 7 days so we may take appropriate action.

If the item is not what you expected, we may allow a refund if you return it to us unused within 7 days of receipt. 

In either case, you must notify us in advance and state why you wish to return it.

• You must send it to us at our Ranch address.
• You may exchange it, have a gift certificate for the amount of purchase or receive a refund.
