Museables are fantastic artsy fiber kits to make glamorous scarves, shawls, a table runner or an Object d'Art. 
They were created by Terre Short of Missoula, Montana.
They come in two sizes and five color combinations.
The colors are:
Oceans Alive (teal, aqua, violet, sea foam, fern & periwinkle)
Black and White Ball (whites, blacks, grays & ruby shimmer)
Autumn Sizzle (rust, gold, straw, persimmons, fern & burnt orange)
Browns - (many dreamy shades)
Pinks - (luscious, shown here with a rose flair)
Here is what this is about. You have hand dyed designer yarns and fiber made especially for Museables and soluble film, sewing thread and step by step instructions.
Each kit contain everything to create your 54" x 18" masterpiece. The large one can easily make two scarves.
You lay out the fiber and yarn making your own size, shape and design. Then following the very clear instructions you sew your sheets together. Next you let the interfacing dissolve. Then almost like magic you have a finished piece.
Terre says it takes about three hours to make. The kits are complete, even coming with the sewing thread.
